The one week Pearls/Organic Substances Programme provides all aspects of pearls, natural and cultured, and other organic substances, such as amber, coral, ivory and horn.

P/OS Pearls/Organic Substances

Their compositions, natural origins, artificial treatments, detection of imitations and correct nomenclature are also covered. The Pearls/Organic Substance Programme ends with the final exam on the last day.
