Das Sonderseminar „Wissenschaftliche Methoden in der Gemmologie“ stellt die Anwendung mobiler Untersuchungsgeräte vor und erläutert deren vielfältige Einsatzmöglichkeit. Teilnehmer*innen erhalten jedoch auch einen Einblick in die Arbeit mit stationären Laborgeräten.
Themenschwerpunkte sind:
- Ramanspektroskopie
- Photolumineszenzspektroskopie
- Infrarotspektroskopie
- UV/Vis/NIR-Spektroskopie, sowie Grundlagen der Farbmessung
- Grundlagen der chemischen Analytik
